The Accounting Associate will process accounts payable, records accounts receivable and assist with payroll processing within Finance department. Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank accounts. Communicate with other employees and third parties about financial events. Maintain department files and records.
Oversee capacity building, training and leadership development programs on behalf of the Liberty Hill Foundation. This will include defining overall capacity building program strategies, in alignment overall strategic plan and organizational goals. Responsibilities will include designing training programs, developing curriculum, recruiting participants, and facilitating trainings for community organizers, equity-focused activists, and community-based, non-profit staff.
